         Working group: Group of dogs used to pull carts, guard property,
         and for search and rescue.

         Wrinkle: Crease, furrow or ridge of skin (e.g. Basenji).

         Wry mouth: Asymmetrical alignment of upper and lower jaws;
         cross bite.

         Xiasi Dog: Is a breed of dog originating from Guizhou Province in
         China. Xiasi have distinctive characteristics and traits which make
         them ideal hunting dogs.  Their lean muscular bodies, padded
         paws, and powerful legs are bred to follow fast and agile prey.

         Xiphoid process: Cartilage process of the sternum.

         Yellow: From pale cream to a deep yellowish-gold tan.


         Yorkshire Terrier: Is a small dog breed of terrier type, developed
         during  the 19th century  in  Yorkshire,  England,  to  catch  rats
         in clothing mills.  The ideal  Yorkshire  Terrier  character  or
         “personality”  is described with a “carriage  very upright” and
         “conveying an important air”. Though small, the Yorkshire Terrier
         is active, very overprotective, curious and fond of attention. They
         thrive on attention and love.

         Zoonosis: A disease of animals, such as rabies or psittacosis that
         can be transmitted to humans.

         Zygomatic  arch:  A bony ridge extending  posteriorly  (and
         laterally) from beneath the eye orbit.
